PDF Policy and Help with PDF files

What's a PDF?
It stands for Portable Document File. This file is sent to you via email from BadaBadaBingo containing the file as an attachment. You will download the attachment to your desktop, open the PDF using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software and then print the PDF on your printer. We recommend choosing PDF options only to those who are computer knowledgeable.

PDFS are non-refundable.
Once your order has been placed with our company and your PDF file(s) have been emailed to the address you provided, you have accepted responsibility that you have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed and that you can successfully download and know how to use our working documents. We email PDFs usually within 24 hours, mostly sooner. Personalized PDFs are created specifically for you and can take up to 2 business days - please choose the RUSH option if needed right away. Again, any pdf order is non-refundable.

Non-personalized PDFs are usually emailed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, 8a-3p, some weekends and holidays, but not all.) We tend to be quick, so you can expect your pdf to arrive in your email account before the end of the business day (3pm).

Personalized PDFs require an additional 24-48 hours to be created and emailed to you. (If you need the personalized pdf sooner, choose the RUSH Option when checking out (10% will bea dded to your shopping cart) - This will ensure your pdf is emailed before others.

It is our highest priority to ensure that the products and services we offer are received in a timely manner. Once we send the PDF to you, we have no control over its transmission through the internet and have to rely on you, our customers, to inform us if ever there is a problem. PDFs are non-refundable. Please be sure that when you order your PDF there is sufficient time allowed for us to deliver it to you. If you have not received your PDF within 24-36 hours of order you must let us know or we will assume that it has been received.

Important: Customers using SPAM blockers -especially AOL, Comcast, Hotmail, MSN and Yahoo- emails from our website may be blocked as SPAM. We recommend that you add our email address to your address book to ensure receipt of your purchase. It is also recommended that you provide an alternate email address for us to send to. We will send your PDFs to both addresses as a courtesy to you. This should be viewed as an added assurance for you. Trouble with the PDFs you received?
90% of our customers have no trouble at all with their pdf orders. If you fall into the 10% category, and are needing additional help, we are here for you!!

What if my file is in an unrecognizable format?
Sometimes a "glitch" in the system will confuse a file that is sent to your email. If you receive an attachment with a .dat or .fil etc. format simply "RIGHT" click on the file name and change the letters after the period to ".pdf" This will allow Adobe Acrobat to read your file and open properly for printing. If you are still unable to open your PDF give us a call. We are available by phone Monday - Friday from 9 am -3 pm PST at 1-866-24-BINGO. Or you may email us with your questions/concerns. Please be sure to include your Order Number for faster service. We are happy to help troubleshoot any issues with you or send your pdf to an alternate email address.

Still waiting for your PDFs?
If your order was placed 24-36 hours ago (or longer), please do the following before contacting us:

  1. Check your bulk mail, trash or SPAM folders to see if our email was filtered. Customer using SPAM blockers -especially AOL, Comcast, Hotmail, MSN and Yahoo- emails from our website may be blocked as SPAM. These emails may still be retrievable even though they don't appear in your Inbox.
  2. Check your secondary email address that you provided to us when you placed your order. If you have provided an alternate email address we have sent it to both email addresses. Sometimes an email will come through at one address and not at another.
  3. If your PDFs are still nowhere to be found, it is your responsibility to contact us. We are available by phone Monday - Friday from 9 am -3 pm PST at 1-866-24-BINGO. Or you may email us with your questions/concerns. Please be sure to include your Order Number for faster service. We are happy to help troubleshoot any issues with you or send your pdf to an alternate email address.
